Refund Policy for Vehicle DNA Inspect

Vehicle DNA Inspect, operated by JDM Cluster & Stereo Conversion Ltd, is committed to providing accurate and reliable vehicle inspection reports. As our reports are digital products, we follow a clear refund policy in compliance with Paddle’s 14-day minimum refund requirement.

Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if any of the following apply:

  • You did not receive your report via email (after checking spam/junk folders).
  • The report is incorrect or incomplete due to an internal error on our part.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not available once a report has been successfully delivered and verified as accurate. Since all reports are digitally prepared, they cannot be returned or exchanged once provided.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please contact us within 14 days at info@vehiclednainspect.co.nz with your order details and reason for the request. Eligible refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
